PROBE
A library to probe the computed branching POSE topology, intended for the downstream analysis of observations and features with respect to the POSE.
This included tools for - visualization - standard analysis (e.g., differential feature analysis, survival analysis) - network-based analysis (e.g., correlated feature neighborhoods, curvature).
Modules
This script includes methods for describing resulting branches / clusters / co-localization on the POSE. |
